It's so good to be able to make good and healthy choices when its time for eating!
 
Here a few recipes to inspire your routine into the kitchen. Easy, quick and practicals!Yuuuummy
Organic Guacamole 
 
1 avocado
3 chopped tomatoes
1/2 chopped onion
1 squeezed lime
1 coriander handful
Extra virgin olive oil, pink salt and chili as you taste. 
 
With a fork mash the ripe avocado, add the chopped tomatoes into small cubes and the chopped onion in small dice. If you like chili put as your taste. Add lime juice, add salt and olive oil to taste and mix all with a fork, DONE !
Organic Green Juice
 
2 Kales
1 squeezed lime
1/2 cucumber
1 little piece of turmeric 
1 mint handful 
1 parsley handful
1 basil handful
300ml fresh coconut water
1 apple for sweetening
 
Blend all the ingredients for around 3 minutes, strain and it's done! If you don't have all the ingredients choose anything green you have into the fridge, it could be brocolli, arugula, zucchini and thre you go, create your own green juice everyday.
Vegan cocoa mousse
 
1 avocado
3 table spoon of raw cocoa 100%
1/2 table spoon coconut oil
1 banana or 3 table spoon of a healthy sugar, like honey, agave nectar or raw coconut nectar.
 
Put all the ingredients to blend until you get a mousse consistency! Sometimes even with a fork you get the texture. Done, enjoy! yuumyyyyy..
